Walid Abdelfattah
Walid Abdelfattah earned his PhD in Quantitative Methods from the University of Sfax, Tunisia, in 2013. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at Northern Border University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He has taught and continues to teach a variety of courses in applied mathematics, statistics, and operations research at both undergraduate and graduate levels, in English, Arabic, and French. These courses focus on data analysis, probability, operations research, and mathematical modeling, helping students develop quantitative modeling and scientific decision-making skills.
His research interests include efficiency analysis using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), mathematical programming, Neutrosophic Set Theory, and Fuzzy Set Theory. More recently, he has expanded his research scope to include the application of Machine Learning algorithms in decision-making processes.
