Course general Description: This course introduces fundamental concepts and results about rings, especially commutative ones, including fields and polynomial rings.

Course Main Objective(s): Making students familiar with the basic concepts of ring theory, fields, quotient rings, prime, maximal ideals with theorems relating to those, polynomial rings and factorization in (UFDs) using some irreducibility tests.
