Prof. Mohamed Ali Omri has supervised several doctoral dissertations in accounting and finance at Tunisian universities (or under joint supervision with French universities). The doctoral students were of Tunisian, Libyan, Algerian and Kuwaiti nationalities, and most of them are currently teaching at universities 

He has published two books on Tunisian taxation and several research articles covering the areas of Accounting, Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance as well as Earnings Management and auditing.
