Dr. Mohammed Zawiah is an Assistant Professor in clinical pharmacy, holding a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from Universiti Sains Malaysia (2023) and a Master’s degree from The University of Jordan (2017). He has extensive academic and professional experience, including serving as a lecturer at The University of Jordan from 2017 to 2019. During his PhD studies, he also worked as a clinical preceptor at Hospital Pulau Penang, Malaysia, where he gained valuable practical experience. In October 2023, Dr. Zawiah joined the College of Pharmacy at Northern Border University, where he currently serves as the Head of the Training and Internship Unit. In this leadership role, he oversees the practical training and development of pharmacy students, helping to shape the future of the profession. Dr. Zawiah's research interests lie in clinical pharmacogenetics, drug repurposing, and pharmacoepidemiological studies. He has an impressive record of academic contributions, with over 38 publications in highly respected, high-impact journals. His dedication to both research and education has made him a valuable asset to the field of pharmacy and a mentor to the next generation of professionals.
