This training may cover a range of topics, including the operations of a hospital pharmacy and the responsibilities of staff related to dispensing medication to both outpatients and inpatients. Students will also learn about the handling of medicines, especially scheduled and emergency drugs, as well as topics such as medication errors, controlled substances, and adverse drug reactions.
