ABDULAZIZ ALANAZI received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in electrical engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia, in 2006, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Denver, Denver, CO, USA, in 2015 and 2019, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Northern Border University, Saudi Arabia. His research interests include Microgrids, Smart Grids, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage Systems, Power system planning and operation.
