Assistant Professor and Academic Researcher in the Department of Human Resources. He progressed through the academic ranks at the university, beginning his career as a Teaching Assistant in April 2011, then as a Lecturer in March 2022, and finally as an Assistant Professor in October 2025. He has contributed to the publication of numerous research papers and studies in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and has participated in various training courses, academic committees, and international scientific conferences. His research focuses on corporate communication, public relations, employee resistance, change management, and sustainability communication. He is dedicated to developing knowledge and practical applications in these fields.
