This course is designed to provide the basics theoretical, practical and technical aspects of computer Hardware and Software. The student will learn about an introduction to the discipline of computing, computer system, number systems, data representation, basic computer organization, operating system functionality, basics of networking, the Internet and security, Introduction to Web development, an overview of database systems, programming languages and introduction to information system and information technology.
