Enthusiastic, innovative, and proactive Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy with over ten years of experience in research, practice, and teaching Pharmaceutical Sciences, holding various international awards. I have supervised many graduate students, published numerous manuscripts & a complete book chapter, and have been awarded several research grants. I am also a Consultant and External Reviewer for the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA) in Saudi Arabia. I founded several workshops, symposiums and conferences, most notably KSAPT and ICPRE meetings.

As a business development consultant of a leading and successful local coworking space and business incubator & accelerator, my expertise extends to business entrepreneurship, covering product management, technology commercialization & technology transfer (TT). I have also applied my strategic planning, entrepreneurship, project management & change management knowledge to expand further and better position the business. In addition, I have assisted many (more than 110) start-ups in making feasibility studies, creating business models, pitching ideas, prototyping, and studying the prospect of scalability.

Besides, I am interested in human capability development. In my free time, I deliver professional training in various subjects related to pharmacy, medical research, data analysis, academic writing, entrepreneurship & interpersonal skills. My research interests are Health outcomes, Scale development & psychometric evaluation for patient-reported outcomes, Pharmacoepidemiology, Pharmacoeconomics, and HTA.
